Refund Policy

At Bypass Outlaw Co, every item is created to order through our print and fulfillment partners. Because products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind once production begins.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located after carrier investigation

  • Your order is canceled before production has started

To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Items damaged through wear, misuse, or washing

  • Digital downloads or final-sale products

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

If you used a third-party payment method (like PayPal or Apple Pay), processing times may vary based on that provider’s policies.

4. Replacements

In most cases of damaged or incorrect items, we’ll offer a free replacement rather than a refund to speed up resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email taylorproffitt97@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
