Refund Policy

At Bypass Outlaw Co, every item is created to order through our print and fulfillment partners. Because products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind once production begins.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located after carrier investigation

Your order is canceled before production has started
To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by carriers or customs

Items damaged through wear, misuse, or washing

Digital downloads or final-sale products
3. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
If you used a third-party payment method (like PayPal or Apple Pay), processing times may vary based on that provider’s policies.
4. Replacements
In most cases of damaged or incorrect items, we’ll offer a free replacement rather than a refund to speed up resolution.
